Promote the Chapter to the campus community and plan events that assist with educating k-12 about engineering.
Responsibilities
Promote the Chapter to the campus community and plan events that assist with educating k-12 about engineering.
Responsibilities
- Work with Outreach Coordinator of Community Relations and Tours to coordinate Tabling at events (about 8 per year)
- Work with the Membership Coordinator to recruit new members by presenting in classes in the first 2 weeks of each semester.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other SDSU organizations and EWB chapters
- Plan Social Events
- Plan Educational events - k-12 (about one a semester)
- Plan event for Engineering Week if requested by Engineering Council (once a year)
- Co-Chair the Outreach Committee
- Attend bi-weekly meetings with VP External
